Quality Management Systems ISO 9001

It is now the only standard in the ISO 9000 family against whose requirements the organization quality system can be certified by an external agency. The ISO 9001:2008 certification is believed to signify a global benchmark in customer satisfaction, product quality, and leads to significant reduction in defect levels.
